The latest trend in footwear, Vibram FiveFingers are incredibly comfortable. They are popular for working out, hiking, yoga, "barefoot running," or just wearing around the office.

They are a little expensive for shoes at $75.00 for the Classics (the least expensive), but they are worth every penny =). You can watch a video review by Timothy Ferris here.

The only complaint I have is that they start to smell pretty funky after a few wears, but you can wash them. Injinji toe socks also help a lot.
